Under the system of centralized admissions all registration is handled by the Council of Architecture. The information is available on the website of the Council of Architecture (i.e. www.coa-india.org ) or with NMIMS University office.

The students are admitted on the basis of the results of their Grade Twelve Examination and the common aptitude test conducted by the Council of Architecture. The dates are published in newspapers in the month of March and scheduled in April or May. Selections are based on the merits.

NMIMS Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSOA) can admit forty students to this course for the first semester as approved by the Council of Architecture.
